What +Mbps means on the Unlimited plan
The Unlimited IPv4 Residential plan gives you unlimited data transfer. You are not billed for gigabytes used — you are billed for the maximum speed (throughput) your proxy pool can push, measured in Mbps (megabits per second).
It is also our cheapest, lowest-budget true-unlimited proxy: it starts at the smallest 5 Mbps tier on a dedicated server, and unlimited really means unlimited — unlimited bandwidth with zero downtime. If you searched for a cheap unlimited proxy or a low-budget unlimited proxy, this is the plan.
A higher Mbps tier means more simultaneous requests and faster downloads across your concurrent connections. If your jobs feel slow or you run many threads at once, that is the signal to pick — or upgrade to — a higher Mbps tier.

How much data can each speed pull?
Speed (Mbps) sets how fast you can move data — and because bandwidth is unlimited, you are never charged for any of it. Use this table to match a tier to your workload: find the row whose per-hour figure comfortably covers your busiest hour, and that is the speed to pick. Values are approximate real-world maximums (1 Mbps ≈ 0.125 MB/s); actual throughput varies with the target site, routing, and how many threads you run at once.
Rule of thumb: pick the speed that comfortably covers your busiest hour, not your daily total (bandwidth is unlimited anyway). If your jobs feel slow or you run many threads at once, move up a tier. Since upgrades are instant and prorated, it is safe to start lower and step up only when you actually need more.
Choose your speed when you buy
You pick the Mbps tier during purchase. It only takes a moment:
- Open the Residential IPv4 Unlimited plan and start the buy flow (from Pricing or the plan page).
- Under Billing cycle, choose Hourly (Trial), Daily, Weekly, or Monthly. Prices update per cycle.
- In the speed grid, tap the Mbps tier you want. Each tile shows that speed and its price (the most popular tier is marked Most).
- The live summary then updates to show your selected speed, its price, and the Effective / Mbps ($ ÷ Mbps) so you can compare value across tiers.
- Confirm and continue to checkout / invoice, then pay to activate your plan at that speed.
Tip: watch the Effective / Mbps figure in the summary (price ÷ Mbps) — it drops sharply on higher tiers, so bigger tiers give more speed per dollar.
Upgrade speed later from your dashboard
Already active and need more speed? You can raise your Mbps at any time without buying a new plan:
- Open your Unlimited IPv4 Residential dashboard.
- Click Upgrade speed.
- In Choose new speed, pick a higher tier — only tiers above your current speed are shown, and the cost is prorated for the time left in your cycle.
- Click Continue to invoice, pay, and your new speed applies to the same subscription.
Your credentials, IP pool, and settings stay the same — only the throughput cap increases.

On the Unlimited plan the only thing that matters is how much you run at the same time (concurrency / threads) — not how many GB you download, because bandwidth is unlimited. How to read it in three steps: (1) pick the row that sounds like your work, (2) if your jobs feel slow or you plan to add more threads soon, take the higher number in that range, (3) buy it — and upgrade later the moment a job needs more, without changing your credentials or IP pool.

- Doing heavier multi-thread work? Start at 30 Mbps, the popular default that stays smooth for busy scraping and automation.
- Speed feels tight? That is the only signal to move up a tier — a higher Mbps just means more simultaneous requests, never a data cap.
Real examples: what speed real customers pick
Sometimes the easiest way to choose is to see someone with the same goal. Here is what a typical setup looks like at each level — match yourself to the closest one.
- Solo Instagram / social manager (10–15 accounts): runs a scheduler with a few sessions at a time. 10 Mbps is plenty and leaves headroom.
- Freelance scraper / SEO researcher: one scraper with 10–20 threads pulling product or ranking data through the day. 15 Mbps is the comfortable everyday pick.

- Agency or enterprise pipeline: heavy round-the-clock throughput for multiple clients. 500 Mbps – 1 Gbps gives the lowest effective cost per Mbps at that scale.
Notice the pattern: the number tracks how many things run in parallel, not how big the download is. Two people pulling 500 GB a month can need very different speeds if one runs 5 threads and the other runs 80.
How to tell if you picked the right speed
You do not have to get it perfect on day one. Watch these simple signals for a few days and adjust — upgrades are instant and prorated, so it costs you nothing to start smaller.
- Signs your speed is right: requests complete quickly, threads are not waiting on each other, and jobs finish in the time you expect.
- Signs you should upgrade (+Mbps): pages/responses feel sluggish, your tool reports queued or throttled connections, or you are about to add more threads, accounts, or bots.
- Signs you are comfortably over-provisioned: everything is instant and you rarely push past a fraction of your threads — fine to keep for headroom, or take a smaller tier at renewal to save.
Remember: slow jobs on the Unlimited plan are almost always a speed (Mbps) question, never a data question — you can never run out of bandwidth here.
Speed vs data — why you buy Mbps, not GB
This trips up a lot of first-time buyers, so here it is plainly. Most proxy plans charge you for GB used (a data cap). The Unlimited IPv4 plan does the opposite:
- Bandwidth (GB) is unlimited — download as much as you want, every tier, with no metering and no overage fees.
- You pay for Mbps — the maximum speed your traffic can move at, which sets how much you can run at the same time.
- So the only question is throughput — pick the Mbps that keeps your busiest moment smooth, and stop worrying about GB entirely.
Think of Mbps like the width of a pipe: a wider pipe moves more at once. On this plan the water (data) is free and endless — you are only choosing how wide the pipe needs to be for your work.
