Chilly Proxy provides network connectivity for lawful automation and research. This policy defines what you may and may not do. It is part of our Terms of Service.

1. Permitted use
You may use our proxies for lawful purposes when you comply with applicable law and the terms of each website or API you access, including:
Public web scraping and data collection where allowed by the target.
Quality assurance, uptime monitoring, and application testing you own or are authorized to test.
Ad verification, SERP monitoring, and competitive intelligence within legal bounds.
E-commerce price monitoring on sites that permit automated access.
Account management for services you legitimately operate (with rate limits and robots.txt respect where applicable).
You are responsible for how your software behaves. We do not monitor every request, but we investigate abuse reports and automated fraud signals.
2. Prohibited activities
The following are strictly forbidden. This list is illustrative, not exhaustive:
Illegal & harmful conduct
Any activity that violates criminal law, including fraud, theft, stalking, or trafficking illegal goods or content.
Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or exploitation — immediate termination and law enforcement referral.
Violating sanctions, export controls, or embargoes.
Security attacks
Distributed denial-of-service (DDoS), volumetric flooding, or deliberate service disruption.
Malware distribution, command-and-control (C2), botnets, or cryptojacking through our network.
Unauthorized access, credential stuffing, brute-force attacks, or exploitation of vulnerabilities without authorization.
Port scanning or probing of networks you do not own or lack written permission to test.
Deception & spam
Phishing, impersonation, social engineering, or payment fraud against third parties.
Unsolicited bulk email (spam), SMS spam, or abusive messaging campaigns.
Fake engagement, click fraud, or affiliate manipulation.
Payment & account fraud
Paying for Chilly Proxy with stolen, unauthorized, or misappropriated cards, bank accounts, wallets, or crypto — see Payment integrity in our Terms.
Routing traffic through our network to test, sell, or distribute stolen payment credentials; operate card-checking (“checker”) services; or access carding forums and marketplaces.
Using proxies to bypass payment security, 3-D Secure, or merchant fraud controls on sites you do not own or lack written authorization to test.
Creating multiple accounts or identities to evade blocks after a fraud or abuse suspension.
Platform abuse
Circumventing paywalls, DRM, or access controls you are not entitled to bypass.
Harassing individuals or violating privacy rights (doxxing, non-consensual surveillance).
Reselling or sharing credentials in ways that violate your plan terms or reseller agreement.
3. Your responsibilities
Secure your dashboard login, API keys, and proxy credentials.
Rotate compromised credentials immediately and notify support.
Do not present Chilly Proxy traffic as originating from a government, ISP, or another person without authorization.
Honor cease-and-desist or abuse notices we send regarding your traffic patterns.
4. Enforcement
We may, without prior notice:
Throttle, suspend, or terminate accounts and active plans.
Block proxy endpoints or revoke credentials.
Retain logs as needed for investigation and legal compliance.
Cooperate with law enforcement and upstream providers.
Severe or repeated violations may result in permanent ban without refund, and referral to authorities.
5. Report abuse
If you believe our network is being misused, contact us with timestamps (UTC), source IPs if known, affected URLs, and any logs. We take abuse reports seriously.
