Which plan should I choose for scraping?+
Choose Premium Residential (GB Based) when traffic is forecastable by data usage. Choose Unlimited IPv4 Residential when workflows run long and speed-based billing is easier to manage.
How can I find my IP for IP authentication?+
Open our IP Checker, copy your current public IP, and add it in your plan authentication settings.
Will proxies work on a specific target site?+
Check target compatibility first. If a site is IPv6-ready, Residential IPv6 can work well. If it supports only IPv4, use one of our IPv4 plans.
What is CDN-aware IPv6 reachability?+
On Residential IPv6 and Datacenter IPv6, it means IPv6 proxy routes built to reach CDN-protected targets (Cloudflare, Akamai, and similar providers) when the destination supports IPv6—useful for automation, monitoring, and QA against CDN-fronted sites. Can I upgrade plan speed after purchase?+
Yes. If the required speed tier is available in your product line, you can move to the higher speed. For custom levels, contact support.
Do you support sticky and rotating sessions?+
Yes. Residential IPv4 plans support both rotating and sticky sessions. Residential IPv6 is built for rotating-per-request behavior.
How fast do I receive credentials after payment?+
After successful payment, deployment is usually quick. Please allow up to 20 minutes before first authentication if provisioning is still in progress.
What billing windows are available?+
By plan, you can buy hourly, daily, weekly, monthly, or by GB pack. Use each plan page to pick exact speed or traffic amount before checkout.
Can I test proxies before buying?+
There is no separate free trial. On Unlimited IPv4 and Residential IPv6, choose Hourly · Trial for a short paid test window before daily, weekly, or monthly packs.
What is the refund policy?+
Only Subscription and Budget Residential may qualify within 7 days if unused. Card orders refund to the same card; crypto orders refund to wallet balance only. Other plans and used packs are non-refundable. Refund Policy.
What if payment fails or gets interrupted?+
If payment verification does not complete, the transaction is not finalized and safeguards prevent incorrect balance deduction.
What is your policy on stolen cards or payment fraud?+
You may only pay with methods you are authorized to use. Stolen cards, card testing, and fraud-related proxy use are prohibited. Suspected fraud may lead to order cancellation, no refund, and account termination. See Payment integrity in our Terms and our Acceptable Use Policy.
Which authentication methods are supported?+
Both IP authentication and username/password authentication are supported, based on your integration preference.
Do you support SOCKS proxies?+
Yes. HTTP(S) and SOCKS protocols are supported across supported plan families.
Can I choose country or region?+
Yes. Availability depends on plan type. Use plan-specific targeting controls such as country/state/city or region lists where supported.
Do you offer custom solutions for larger projects?+
