Refund Policy

Most plans are final after provisioning. Refunds are limited to Subscription and Budget Residential when the pack is still unused and you request within 7 days of purchase. This page lists what qualifies and what does not.

How to request

1. Overview

Chilly Proxy sells digital proxy access. Once a plan is provisioned to your dashboard, most product lines are non-refundable. We only consider refunds for two product families — and only when no usage has occurred.

  • Subscription (fixed monthly GB packs) — may qualify within 7 days if unused.
  • Budget Residential — may qualify within 7 days if unused.
  • All other plans (including Unlimited / Premium Geo unmetered, Premium Geo GB, Residential IPv6, Datacenter IPv6) — no refund after successful provisioning.
  • Used packs — never refundable on any plan, including Subscription and Budget.
“Used” means any measurable traffic consumed, active sessions, or credentials applied to upstream systems — not merely signing in or opening the dashboard.

2. Eligibility by product

3. How approved refunds are paid back

Eligible refunds are returned using the same payment channel as the original purchase where possible:

Card payments — refund to the same card used at checkout (via our card processor). We do not move card-order refunds into your wallet unless required by law.
Crypto payments — approved refunds are credited to your Chilly Proxy wallet balance only. We do not send crypto back to an external wallet address for plan refunds.

If you paid from your Chilly Proxy wallet, an approved refund is credited back to wallet balance.

Card timing

Card refunds appear on your statement after the processor and your bank complete the reversal (often 5–14 business days). That timeline is outside our control.

4. Auto-renew & renewals

Wallet or card auto-renew only applies where you enabled it on eligible subscription flows. Renewal charges follow the same rules: Subscription renewals are non-refundable once the new period’s traffic is used; Unlimited and all non-eligible plans remain non-refundable on renewal.

5. What we never refund

  • Any pack that has been used (traffic, sessions, or upstream activation).
  • Unlimited / Premium Geo (Unmetered) plans after provisioning.
  • Premium Geo (GB), Residential IPv6, and Datacenter IPv6 after provisioning.
  • Change of mind after successful delivery.
  • Third-party blocks, CAPTCHAs, or rate limits on target sites.
  • Wrong geo or session settings you configured yourself.
  • Expired plans after the validity period ends.
  • Accounts terminated for Acceptable Use violations or payment fraud.
  • Orders paid with unauthorized or stolen payment methods, or any order we flag for fraud review.
  • Chargebacks, payment disputes, or reversals filed on eligible orders — including after a voluntary refund was already offered.
  • Wallet or plan balance tied to accounts closed for fraud, abuse, or chargeback abuse.

6. How to request a refund

  1. Sign in with the account that paid.
  2. Open a support ticket — subject Refund request.
  3. Include: order ID, date/time (UTC), plan name, payment method.
  4. For Subscription or Budget Residential: confirm purchase was within 7 days and the pack is unused.

7. Review & processing time

We aim to respond within 1–3 business days. We verify usage logs before approving any refund.

Approved refunds are issued after verification. You will receive ticket updates when completed or if more information is needed.
